How can I place an order?
You can place your order on our website. Orders are placed on our website by logging in as a guest or by creating a unique account with your own login and password.
As a guest you just fill your shopping cart by selecting your products and clicking "Add to Cart" on any product detail page, and then “Proceed to Checkout”. You can then click the “Checkout as Guest” option.
You can create an account either by using the "Login" link at the top of the page, then clicking on “Create an Account” under “New Customers”, or you can wait until you checkout, where you will have to option to create an account from the information requested (follow the “Register” option). Next time you return to the site, logging in will automatically recall your billing and shipping information. This allows us to provide a high level of security for your personal information, and for you to update your billing and shipping information and other useful data. It also allows you to keep track of your orders, update your billing and shipping information and other useful data.
If you do not wish to order online with us, you can create an order over the phone by calling 1.877.728.9601 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, as well as PayPal.
Is the information that I enter on your website secure?
LoopeeDesign.com has security measures in place to protect the information that you provide to us (such as your credit card information). All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL encryption technology. Why should I create a Loopee Design account and what are the benefits?
There are several benefits for owning a Loopee Design account. The main one is that our database will remember your billing address and information so you don't have to enter it each time that you place an order. If you prefer not to create an account, you can check out as a guest.
How can I check my order status?

Do you charge taxes?
Loopee Design is required to collect sales tax on US orders shipping to MD. Sales tax is applied at checkout. Tax-free shopping is available elsewhere in the US.
Are swatches available?
Free swatches are available for most brands. Please email us at email@example.com or call us at 1.877.728.9601 to request.
How can I return a product?
We are very happy with and stand behind all the products we sell and are confident that you will love them as well. However, if you are not happy the product you purchased and would like to return it, we do accept returns shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase, and will fully refund the purchase price (not including shipping).
Cancellations are accepted for orders that are cancelled before the item has been shipped.
In case you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately at 1.877.728.9601.
We do not accept returns of sales items (whether through a discounted price or using coupon used at check-out).
What are my delivery options and how much do they cost?
For most items we offer free shipping. If you choose free shipping we use the most economical method, including USPS. We do offer UPS or FedEx ground as an alternative. Additional charges may apply. You can find the information when you check out, or just before check out by entering your state and zip code to get an estimate of your shipping costs.
For customers with a DC, Maryland or Virginia shipping address, we always offer free shipping.
For those items for which we do not offer free shipping, we typically ship with UPS/FedEx ground or via specialized carrier. Check each individual product page for details.

How do I know whether free shipping applies to my order?
We offer free shopping to customers with a shipping address in DC, Maryland and Virginia. We also offer free shipping on most items. You can find the free shipping sign on the product page. Before checking out you can also get a shipping cost estimate to see whether free shipping is an available option.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, orders ship within 24 or 48 hours, once payment has been received. Shipping times on special orders and back order items vary. Please check each product page for details. If we cannot ship within the advertised time period we will inform you with the new shipment date via email. Please check the delivery option question for more information regarding delivery.
Do you ship to any PO Box?
We do not ship to a PO Box.
How will my order be delivered?
We use USPS and UPS ground service to ship most products. Orders to which free shipping applies will be shipped using the most economical option. You can find that information when you check out, or just before check out by entering your state and zip code to get an estimate of your shipping costs.
Items that are too large are shipped via specialized carrier. In most cases, these specialized carriers will call you prior to delivering your order to arrange a convenient delivery time during regular business hours. Our commercial orders will be delivered either curbside or to the building's loading dock, if available. If you require extra services such as a delivery appointment or to arrange receipt of your order to a location other than a ground floor address, please call us at 1.877.728.9601 to place your order.
Do you ship orders internationally?
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. For all orders outside the continental United States we ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1.877.728.9601. Additional charges apply for those destinations.
For destinations outside of the United States, please contact us to see if there is a possibility to get our products delivered to you.
Does Loopee Design offer a registry?
